Here’s a quick overview of our shipping policies so you can know exactly what to expect on shipping times. Please note: We're not responsible for external shipping delays with the shipping carriers, and bad weather, labor strikes and other unfortunate issues sometimes arise. We'll do our best to make sure your order gets to you according to the chart, per below:

Order Processing and Delivery Time
Even with Expedited shipping, please allow 1-2 business days processing time for it to leave our facility. We're a small business and pack every order by hand. Our orders ship Monday through Friday (excepting national holidays) out of our warehouses in CA, PA and TX, depending on the delivery level selected at checkout. An e-mail with tracking information will certainly be sent out as soon as an order has actually been shipped.
- Standard: 5-8 Business days
- Express: 3-5 Business days
Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind that holidays and weekends do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If you need additional information, please reach out to us at email@example.com.

Once you have receive our email for starting shipping ,you can come to our Web,Find the Tracking order section,and Get your shipping number (if not receive ,contact us).You will know the latest update
If any type of part of your order contains a pre-sale item, your parcel will not ship till the item is in stock. Thanks for understanding: this policy lowers our eco-footprint by shipping in a standardized way!
Note for International Customers
Please contact us if you'd like to place an order outside the United States by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We don't have the ability to alter delivery addresses after your order is placed, so please verify your address prior to sending.
If a purchase was undeliverable and therefore returned to us, we can reship it to you. However, before doing so, please connect to us to confirm your address, so we can reship it to the right address. We are not responsible for shipping delays based on incorrectly-entered shipping addresses, or undeliverable shipments, but we'll do our best to help make sure you get your package as soon as possible.
Multiple Shipping Locations
Unfortunately, we can not split up an order and also ship to multiple locations. If you want to send items to different areas, you will require to place a different order for each shipping address.
We'll do our best to send e-mail updates when orders are fulfilled, out for delivery, delivered, if there's a delay in the shipment, as well as if there's a shipment mistake. We'll use the email address provided in the order information.
